Illustrative patterns

Making illustrative patterns using pen and Illustrator.

Here are the early stages of a current personal pattern project using ink and Adobe Illustrator. I have printed the mixed biscuits onto 195gsm cotton and utilised my sister’s sewing skills to create cushions and children’s aprons (which my 3 year old niece refuses to model so images to come soon!). These joined my illustrations that were in an artists’ house, part of  Brighton Artists’ Open House.  

I have more patterns in the pipeline and further plans to print more material to create more exciting things!  Progress updates to follow.
