Transforming lists into fun, easy-to-understand infographics

I love infographics, so I was really excited when I was commissioned to work on these food infographics around cooking methods. All that was supplied was a list of cutting styles and a Word document describing variations on béchamel sauces. The first blue infographic is the original design, which I then needed to adapt to show how it could work in a possible co-edition.
